Grape/s: Carignan, Grenache
Once again, Eric Pfifferling proves with this cuvee that it is possible to produce fine wines in the south of France. It comes from an Carignan vieille vigne which his grandfather had planted 90 years ago. Bended with a little Clairette and Bourboulenc, and vinified without sulphur, it offers up complexity, freshness and enticing indulgence.
