2018 Domaine Mosse 'Le Gros'
Grape/s: Grolleau Noir, Grolleau Gris, Gamay
The 2018 vintage, which sits in a similar place, even more quaffable if possible. It's a light red, this time 50% Grolleau noir, 20% Gamay with 10 days of carbonic maceration and 30% direct press Grolleau Gris. This directly-pressed juice makes it extraordinarily fresh, perfectly suited to chilling and only 12%. The grapes for Le Gros are all from the estate, grown on clay, shale and schist.
